MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client registration and onboarding
- Schedule and attend regular meetings with customers to maintain cordial relationship
- Participate in quarterly sensitization forum for all clients
- Conduct periodic biannual client satisfaction survey
- Ensure documentation and prompt resolution of clients’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
- Promote awareness of SUNU Health self-service portals (Mobile App, Enrollee Portal).
- Enrollee ID card production and verification of ID cards before delivery to clients.
- Carryout periodic clients’ utilization report.
- Grow existing businesses through referrals to meet assigned financial target
- Documentation of Clients’ visitation record for NHIA reaccreditation purpose
- Verification and updating of enrollee list on all operational software.
- Maintaining clients’ files (Electronic/hard copy)
- Monitor Clients’ contract and issue renewal notice in accordance with approved SOP.
- Premium adjustment reviews based on client needs and budgets.
- Maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customers
- Carry out all functions based on NHIA guidelines and SUNU Health policies.
- Participate in Health Talks and enlightenment forum.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft suit
- Knowledge of Health Insurance Industry & Regulatory practices.

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 2 years’ relevant work experience.
