Dr. Moyosore OLOMOLA

MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO

Dr. Moyosore Olomola is a medical doctor and experienced healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership in Nigeria’s health insurance and healthcare management sector. He has held key roles at Redcare Health Services Limited, Oceanic Health Management Limited, and Hygeia HMO, and currently serves as the Managing Director/CEO at SUNU Health, where he provides strategic leadership, oversees operations, and drives innovation
in healthcare delivery and financing.

He earned his medical degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1998 and began his career as a Senior Medical Officer, gaining practical experience in primary care and preventive medicine before transitioning into the health insurance industry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Olomola has strengthened his expertise through executive training at institutions such as Agusto & Co, Alexander Forbes, Lagos Business School, and Harvard Business School. He has developed strong competencies in health insurance operations, corporate strategy, governance, and technology-driven healthcare solutions, including automation and data-based decision systems. Known for his focus on patient-centered and sustainable healthcare models, he has led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver improved health outcomes and business performance. He is also a Fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management, Nigeria, reflecting his contributions to advancing healthcare financing and management in the country.

Dr. Faith C. NWACHI, MBBS, MPH, MBA

HEAD, OPERATIONS

Dr. Faith graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Lagos and has over 25 years’ experience in the practice of medicine, hospital management and health insurance. She joined SUNU Health from the Mt Sinai Hospital Group where she rose to the position of Assistant Director of Client Services.

She is a fellow of both the Institute of Healthcare Finance & Management (IHFM) and the Institute for Health Insurance & Managed Care of Nigeria (IHIMN). She has had extensive trainings in various aspects of health insurance and healthcare management, including strategic customer relationship management, financial management, leadership and actuarial perspectives in health insurance.

Her areas of interest include quality of care, risk assessment and developing processes to enhance client experience.


Dr. Usifo AIKPOKPO, MBBS, MPH, MBA

HEAD, QUALITY ASSURANCE & NETWORK PROVIDERS

Dr. Usifo is a medical doctor with an MBBS from the University of Benin. He has over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of healthcare including clinical care, healthcare management and administration, health care financing and health insurance. He is also a public health physician with an MPH from the University of Lagos. He holds an MBA from the Pan Atlantic University Lagos Business School and is a certified QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

He believes that the advent of health insurance in Nigeria is among other benefits, a way to ensure equitable distribution of health services as well as promote standardization in health care practice. He has attended various courses in healthcare management and financing, quality assurance, quality improvement, business operations optimization, project management, customer relationship, leadership and strategy.

John OFUANI B.Sc Edu, MMP, ANIM, ACIPM

Head, Business Performance

John Ofuani was formerly head of Human Resources and Administration, and currently Head, Business Performance of SUNU Health. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Education from Delta State University and a Master degree in Managerial Psychology from University of Ibadan. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and Nigerian Institute of Management He started his career with New Order Partnership Limited (An architectural firm), before joining Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) where at different times, he led various departments including Education, Examination, Student Affairs, Membership and Administration department.

He left the Institute as the Head of Administration to join Locke International Consultancy Limited as the pioneer head of Human Resources and Administration. He later joined Guinea Insurance Plc, as Team Lead-Administration.


Reginald NWEKE, BSc, MSc, Dip.CIIN, FIHFM

HEAD, BUSINESS RETENTION

Mr. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Government and Public Administration from the Imo State University, Owerri and a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

He is a fellow of Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management. He has over 19 years of experience in diverse areas spanning across Manufacturing, Engineering and Health Insurance with special leaning on Customer Relationship Management. He joined SUNU Health Nigeria Limited in 2015.
