MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO

Dr. Patrick is a Medical Doctor, and holds a Master's Degree in Public Health with specialization in Health care management.

He has worked in senior management positions in health care institutions and was the assistant coordinator, Public Health for AVSI in Africa.

He has had series of training in management, marketing and health insurance. He has competence in strategic marketing and risk management. He is an alumnus of the Pan African University Lagos Business School and World Bank Training Institute and a fellow of the Institute for Healthcare Finance & Management (IHFM).

Johnson O. OMORUYI, HND, MBA, FCA, FCTI, AMNIM

HEAD, ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE

 

Mr. Johnson holds HND in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Delta State University, Abraka specialising in Management. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).

He has worked with First Aluminum Group and rose to the position of Finance and Commercial Manager with one of the subsidiaries. He has over 19 years’ experience working in the Finance and Accounting Function. He was a Tax Consultant with Stephen Akinyele Oludare & Co. and an associate Consultant with UHY Maaji & Co. before joining SUNU Health Nigeria Limited.


Dr. Faith C. NWACHI, MBBS, MPH, MBA

HEAD, OPERATIONS

Dr. Faith graduated as a Medical Doctor from the University of Lagos and has over 25 years’ experience in the practice of medicine, hospital management and health insurance. She joined SUNU Health from the Mt Sinai Hospital Group where she rose to the position of Assistant Director of Client Services.

She is a fellow of both the Institute of Healthcare Finance & Management (IHFM) and the Institute for Health Insurance & Managed Care of Nigeria (IHIMN). She has had extensive trainings in various aspects of health insurance and healthcare management, including strategic customer relationship management, financial management, leadership and actuarial perspectives in health insurance.

Her areas of interest include quality of care, risk assessment and developing processes to enhance client experience.

Dr. Usifo AIKPOKPO, MBBS, MPH, MBA

HEAD, QUALITY ASSURANCE & NETWORK PROVIDERS

Dr. Usifo is a medical doctor with an MBBS from the University of Benin. He has over 20 years’ experience in various aspects of healthcare including clinical care, healthcare management and administration, health care financing and health insurance. He is also a public health physician with an MPH from the University of Lagos. He holds an MBA from the Pan Atlantic University Lagos Business School and is a certified QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.

He believes that the advent of health insurance in Nigeria is among other benefits, a way to ensure equitable distribution of health services as well as promote standardization in health care practice. He has attended various courses in healthcare management and financing, quality assurance, quality improvement, business operations optimization, project management, customer relationship, leadership and strategy.


Reginald NWEKE, BSc, MSc, Dip.CIIN, FIHFM

HEAD, BUSINESS RETENTION

Mr. Reginald holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Government and Public Administration from the Imo State University, Owerri and a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria.

He is a fellow of Institute for Healthcare Finance and Management. He has over 19 years of experience in diverse areas spanning across Manufacturing, Engineering and Health Insurance with special leaning on Customer Relationship Management. He joined SUNU Health Nigeria Limited in 2015.

John OFUANI, BSc. Edu, MSc, ANIM, ACIPM

HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES

Mr. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Education from the Delta State University and a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He started his career with New Order Partnership Limited (an architectural firm), before joining Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) where at different times he led various departments including Education, Examination, Student Affairs, Membership and Administration department. He left the Institute as the Head of Administration to join Locke International Consultancy Limited as the pioneer Head of Human Resources and Administration. He later joined Guinea Insurance Plc, as Team Lead-Administration.


Wasiu AJIBADE, BSc, MBA, ACIIN

HEAD, UNDERWRITING

Mr. Wasiu graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He started his insurance career in 1992 cutting across both life and non-life insurance for over 18 years in marketing and technical arm of the industry. Mr. Wasiu was the Managing Director of Newedge Management Consultant Limited (a firm of management and insurance consultants) before joining SUNU Health Nigeria in April, 2017.

Olivier DIBIA, BSc, MSc, ITIL, PMP

HEAD, INFORMATION & COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY

Mr. Olivier holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and also a Member of the Project Management Institute with expertise in cloud technologies, IT infrastructure management, IT support and data center administration. A native French speaker, a Certified IT Service Manager, Project Management professional and a Scrum master with over 10 years of work experience. He specializes in organizational digital transformations, passionate about harnessing technology to drive business enhancements, and optimize system architectures.

He has a track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects and thrive in fast-paced environments that demand high-level technical expertise and strategic IT service delivery skills.
