On 27th July 2023, at the main auditorium of the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) in Lagos, Nigeria, SUNU Health organised a healthcare providers' forum on the theme: "The business of healthcare; collaborating to build a better healthcare system".
During this meeting, participants (customers, healthcare providers and regulators) were made aware of the need for greater collaboration to stimulate and deliver rapid healthcare services to customers. Dr Patrick C. KORIE, Managing Director of SUNU Health Nigeria, emphasised the importance of collaboration in delivering quality care to customers.
The speaker of the day, Dr Richard KALADA, Registrar/CEO of the Institute of Healthcare Finance and Management, spoke to the stakeholders about collaborative activities to improve the health system.
This was a high-quality meeting organised which all the participants welcomed and hoped would be repeated.
