Job Summary 

The Business Lead Aggregator is responsible for identifying, sourcing, validating, and supplying high-quality business leads that support sales growth across Retail, SME, Corporate, and Community channels. The role focuses on prospect identification, market intelligence, pipeline expansion, and initial engagement, ensuring SUNU Health has a steady flow of viable business opportunities. This position is essential for driving top-of-funnel activity and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting 

  • Identify and collect business leads across multiple sectors: SMEs, cooperatives, affinity groups, trade associations, retail clusters, start-ups, and corporate prospects.
  • Conduct field and digital research to generate lists of potential clients for health insurance plans.
  • Engage potential prospects to understand needs and confirm interest before handing over to sales teams.
  • Utilize community networks, events, online platforms, and referrals to generate consistent leads.

2.  Market Mapping & Research 

  • Map business clusters, financial hubs, commercial centres, and high-potential.
  • Gather intelligence on competing HMOs, pricing trends, and emerging target.
  • Identify new opportunity areas such as tech hubs, startups, professional associations, and expanding SMEs.

3.  Lead Qualification & Data Accuracy 

  • Screen and qualify leads based on size, viability, contact, and potential.
  • Maintain clean and accurate lead lists containing:
    • Company name
    • Key contact person
    • Phone/email
    • Staff strength (where applicable)
    • Location
    • Interest level
  • Ensure all leads meet SUNU Health’s minimum qualification standards before submission.

4.  Collaboration & Pipeline Support 

  • Work closely with Marketing/Business Development team, Aggregators, and Relationship Managers to pass on qualified leads.
  • Track lead performance and provide updates on conversion.
  • Support the Marketing/Business Development team by initiating introductions or scheduling first meetings where required.

5.  Documentation & Reporting 

  • Maintain updated records of all leads using spreadsheets or CRM.
  • Submit weekly reports on number of leads generated, qualification status, and conversion outcomes.
  • Provide insights into which lead sources deliver the highest success.

6.  Brand Visibility & Relationship Building 

  • Represent SUNU Health at targeted events, exhibitions, and community activities to build interest.
  • Build networks with key influencers, administrators, HR managers, and association leaders.
  • Promote the company’s value proposition to increase brand awareness and lead referrals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Number of qualified leads generated per week/month.
  • Lead-to-meeting and lead-to-quote conversion.
  • Accuracy and completeness of lead data.
  • Number of new business clusters.
  • Quality of relationships established in target.
  • Contribution to pipeline growth and revenue.
